Frequently asked questions

Normally at my studio at 16 Mill Lane, Woodford Green, IG8 0UG.

If the weather allows, I like to do maternity photoshoots outdoors in a park with Hampstead Heath park as one of my favourites.

I am usually fully booked 2 months in advance, so please contact me as soon as you can to book a day.

Maternity sessions should be done in the latter stages of your pregnancy when your bump is big and noticable.

Newborn sessions should be done within 2 weeks of birth, when your baby is small and sleeping a lot.

I usually do first birthday sessions when your baby is 11 months old, this is because I find it easier to work with younger babies and it also means that you can get the photos in time for your baby's actual birthday.

Baby photoshoots normally take around 3 hours, but as we all know babies can be very unpredictable, so I'm patient and flexible enough to accomodate that.

Maternity sessions usually take 2 hours.

This is where I differ from most photographers.. I actually do not limit the number of photos I give to my clients, I will give you all the hundreds of photos that I take during the session. I enjoy seeing my clients happy, and besides I can't bear to delete all those photos!

I select and touch-up/edit around 40 to 60 of the best photos which are included in the USB drive that I give you.

If your baby is teething, you can bring Calpol (or a similar alternative) to soothe them so that they're not cranky during the session.

You can bring a favourite toy.

If you don’t want your baby to eat a lot of the cake, you can bring other snacks such as fruit or baby biscuits.

If you're breastfeeding, please bring a bottle of your milk.

Yes, I do take family portrait photos at the end of the session.

If you'd like a sibling to participate in the photoshoot, I do charge extra, so please ask when you contact me.

Plain clothes with no patterns or big logos work best, such as white or black T-shirt and jeans.

There is Pay and Display parking available opposite to my studio. First hour is free, then it's £3.40 for 2 hours.
